Following the completion of the design stage, we can if requested arrange for contractor tendering of the proposed works, (using operatives of the clients choice), or make recommendations of suitable and reputable firms – normally three.

Works undertaken outside of the design stage (i.e. site/contractor tendering, project monitoring, planning meetings, etc), are undertaken and charged on an hourly basis (to inc. travelling) if required and as instructed.

We will be pleased to undertake (and Kevin frequently does) the full management and monitoring of a project. Our costs for this can either be percentage based once the scope of works is clear or hourly based (clients preference), and whether the works are phased, etc. We will be very pleased to discuss this further if required.
