An outline 2D design proposal is then prepared to scale and is based on the clients instructions and brief. This is then followed by a visit for discussion.

At this stage, Kevin talks and guides the client through the sketch proposal and welcomes any initial comments, concerns and preferences with regard to the garden design concept.

The overall plan (or parts of) can go through several transitions whilst in this pencil stage, and we like to spend as much time along with several visits if necessary to ensure that the client is totally comfortable (and excited) with the design proposals, making alterations if necessary.
